Your experience begins with a 45-minute soak in one of our classic, original cedar-lined hot tubs while you enjoy a complimentary drink and snack and soak up the incredible views of the quintessential southern landscape. Once relaxed, calm and warm, you will then be treated to your choice of face or body treatments in our peaceful day spa room with 60-minute, 90, minute or 120-minute treatment options.

Enjoy a 45-minute soak in one of our new private oval hot tubs set on your own deck overlooking the Shotover River and picturesque mountains. Our highly trained therapists personalise each soak with bath scents or salts to complement the treatment that follows. To continue your unique experience, move inside to the tranquil day spa room for a face or body treatment of your choice. (1- and 2-hour spa packages available)

Our idyllic cedar-lined hot tubs have long been a highlight for Queenstown visitors and locals alike. A unique kiwi twist on a Japanese tradition, our exclusive use pools are filled with pure water from the surrounding mountains which is heated to approx. 38.3 degrees. Ideal for individuals or groups of up to 4 people, all guests receive towels plus a complimentary drink and snack to enjoy during your rejuvenating soak. The toughest decision you will need to make is which pool to book?
• Gives you exclusive use of one of our newer outdoor cedar tubs for 60 minutes as you soak and relax in nature.
• Panoramic views of the mountains across the Shotover River.
• Our outdoor pools are separated by planting and are covered with a shade sail to offer some protection from the elements.
Young children can easily become overheated and dehydrated so for health and safety reasons, we do not allow children under 5 years to enter the pool rooms at any time. Evening sessions are restricted to 12+.
