Just fill-out a membership form when you visit and we'll send you a membership card in the mail.

How Do I Earn Credits Towards My Free Visit?

Credit toward a member's free visit is awarded when a booking meets all of the following conditions:

• The booking must be made with Onsen Hot Pools directly

• The client pays the full advertised price for their booking

• The member being credited is identified at the time of the booking

• The client attends their booking in accordance with our normal terms and conditions.  Please also read our cancellation policy.

How Many Credits Do I Receive?

One credit is awarded for each occupied hot pool. Where two or more members share a pool, the member who made the booking receives the credit.

How Do I Claim My Free Visit?

When you have 4 credits you can claim either:

• A free hot pool for up to four people

• A free gift voucher for up to four people

How Do I Join?

To become a member, complete a membership form when you next visit the hot pools. You must provide a name (and optionally your partners name), a mailing address, and an email address. Home and mobile phone numbers are desirable where possible.

A membership card with your unique member number will be mailed to you within 48 hours. Email us to confirm receipt of your membership card to activate your acount. Credits cannot be redeemed until we receive your confirmation email. (This process validates the mailing and email addresses in our records.)

How Long Do My Credits Last?

A membership expires after 12 months and any credits expire with it.

Terms And Conditions

This offer does not alter, replace or supercede any of the general terms and conditions that surround the use of the hot pools facility, including the cancellation policy.

A record of each member's credit balance is maintained by Onsen Hot Pools. While a membership card is issued on which a record of the member's visits is maintained, where a mismatch exists between the two records, the final decision on a member's credit balance rests with Onsen Hot Pools.

A member's credits have no monetary value and may be exchanged only for the items described above.

Onsen Hot Pools Ltd. reserves the right to alter the terms and condtions associated with its membership scheme at any time and without prior notice.
