Book By Email, Phone or Agent
Please be sure you have read our booking information pages before booking your visit to the hot pools. If you wish to order a gift voucher then please contact us by telephone or email. Otherwise bookings can be made using any of the three options below:
- Organise your booking by an email to info@onsen.co.nz.
- Please tell us:
- What time you would like to make the booking?
- How many of you will be in the pool?
- A credit card number, expiration date and CSC number (the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of the card). We do not charge the card but use it as security as per our cancellation policy.
- If you need our free transport from town? If you require picking up from town, the booking needs to be on the hour. If you are driving yourself here we are able to take bookings at half past the hour. If you do use our free shuttle, we will, of course, drop you back in town after your pool session!
- A phone number if you have one whilst in Queenstown.
