Onsen Hot Pools

A visit to the hot pools is a fabulous family experience. Visit earlier in the day and children get in FREE!

Special Conditions:

• Bookings must be between 11am and 3pm (ie. latest booking 3 to 4pm)
• Children are 5 to 15 years old
• One free child per paying adult
  
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Maximum number of people in a pool is 5 (assuming at least one child)
  

  20% Rebooking Discount

For guests who enjoy their visit the hot pools so much that they decide to book again!

Special Conditions:

• Guests must book their next visit before they leave the facility
• The guest's booking must be either i) a full price visit, or ii) a discounted rebooking
• The rebooking must be paid in full or secured using creditcard details
• Rebookings may be cancelled or rescheduled the same as any other booking
